Another hotel restaurant that does not disappoint and is definitely worth a try –

Twigs is located in the Centerstone Plaza Hotel next to Soldiers Field and just steps away from downtown Rochester. The patio has been voted one of the best in the city. It is not huge but is very cozy with a lot of plants and flowers and a cozy fire pit. The inside has a cool contemporary vibe.

The food we ordered – absolutely delicious. We ordered two small plates (apps) and a Twigs Strip (flatbread) so we could try a few different things. Yum!

Onion rings – hand battered, lightly battered, thin cut and delicious.

Shrimp Nachos – tortilla chips topped with beautifully done shrimps, pineapple, onion, red and yellow peppers drizzled with Caribbean jerk sauce and sprinkled with cilantro and mozzarella cheese. The flavors are amazing and this is a must have!

This one tops them all!  The Filet Mignon and Bleu Cheese Strip (Just a delicious thin crusted flatbread) – thin sliced steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms, mozzarella and bleu cheese topped with a decadent bourbon drizzle. The blend of ingredients leads to an incredibly delicious dish. The steak is tender, the cheese is creamy and the crust is light – simply incredible.  Please visit Twigs and enjoy!
