It’s been awhile since we have dined here and this was a spur of the moment lunch that landed us here again. We were so glad we did! The special was smoked brisket tacos and they were amazing! Three of them are served in soft tortillas packed with delicious brisket, cheese, pico de gallo and then drizzled with a delicious southwest aioli that packs just the right amount of heat. Fat Willy’s has a nice casual atmosphere with unique decor, a friendly staff and what seems to be made from scratch food. Great place for a spontaneous Saturday afternoon (or anytime)!
