Scott’s review~

We’ve been here before so the service and food quality wasn’t a surprise. Again, a FANTASTICALLY MEMORABLE meal!

We were celebrating my (Scott) birthday so it was clear that I was going to get the finest meal on the menu. It just so happened that I saw what I wanted a few days before on the Casablanca Facebook page. It was a veritable seafood extravaganza! It started with the corn and mashed potato base. It featured lobster, mussels, three prawns and a generous portion of octopus. It was accompanied by a dish of creamy risotto.

Kris ordered the sea bass which was equally delicious.

The meals were beautifully presented and the flavors were amazing! However, as great as it tasted and how beautiful the presentation was, in my opinion, it was overpriced.  About 30% overpriced. Don’t get me wrong, I love the whole Casablanca experience and personal touch of chef Bojji, his wife and staff. Chef Bojji even prepared a decadent dessert for us when he heard that it was my birthday. Thank you Chef!

Everyone should experience Casablanca at least once. It is one of a kind, locally owned and Chef Bojji is a gifted chef with an awesome personality. They will be moving to a new location in Barlow Plaza soon.
