Another hotel restaurant and another success! If you have ever driven by St. Mary’s Hospital from HWY 52  you have gone by the Courtyard by Marriott across from Saint Marys Hospital and this Marriott houses Saints on 2nd restaurant on the main floor. Parking is easy in the hotel ramp and the food rises above what you may have experienced at a hotel restaurant in the past.

Scott ordered the Southwestern Grilled Chicken- the menu describes it like this:  A succulent chicken breast marinated in special southwest seasonings and grilled to perfection. And that is what it was. He loved it and said that he would order it again. It is served with cilantro lime rice and grilled asparagus. The chicken is topped off with black bean salsa. Delicious!

I didn’t take a photo of mine before I started digging in, but I have had this dish before. It was awesome the last time, so I ordered it again. The menu describes it like this: A fresh chicken breast marinated in Thai sauce and cooked to perfection, then we coat it with sesame seeds and place it atop fresh greens. There are scrumptious cashews, Chinese noodles, red onions and tomatoes all topped with their own delicious Szechuan dressing. It is served with a hot bread stick. We would definitely recommend both of these dishes. The service was great and we will definitely be back again.
