Some say restaurants that are in a hotel are… well… so so. I say give them a try because you will probably be pleasantly surprised. We sat on the large, comfortable and quiet patio on a beautiful spring evening. The service was awesome. The menu offers many different choices and things that should satisfy whatever you may be hungry for. Scott ordered the Catfish Po’Boy. He absolutely loved it! A generous portion of fish with a very light batter served on a delicious roll. The side of coleslaw was creamy and delicious. Scott said it was done well and definitely worth ordering a second time.
I ordered the Key West Sandwich. They offer whole or half sandwiches. This one was very good. A different and delicious twist on a fish sandwich~ this is a crumb-battered Mahi Mahi served on a perfectly toasted marble rye, which gave it a great added flavor twist – it was topped with melted Swiss cheese and fresh coleslaw. Oh my goodness…please try this if you like any kind of fish sandwich! It is awesome. Wildwood is definitely worth a try and is located in the Kahler Apache.
When I took my granddaughter shopping we had lunch here. This unassuming place has such great food! The Asian chicken salad is absolutely delicious. Tender chicken and fresh ingredients with a tasty dressing make this something you would have again and again.
