Another Friday night at the Loop. Love. We have never tried the pizza here. But tonight, we were so glad that we did! We each ordered a different kind  to sample but in the future we could easily get by with ordering only one. Very affordable at only around $12 each! I ordered the Tiger which features  a delicious sausage,  goat cheese, sun-dried tomato pesto, arugula & mozzarella. It’s very light and a fantastic blend of flavors on a delicious crust that is light and flavorful. Scott ordered the Jaguar which is topped with Chicken, bacon, pesto, white sauce & mozzarella.  The chicken is tender and the sauce is light. Excellent garlic, cheese and olive oil flavors accented with the bacon and wonderfully done grilled chicken . Yum! What great flavor at an excellent value at the always cool vibe of the Loop.

Friday night at the Loop. Love.We have been here a few times but this is the first time we have blogged about it. My husband ordered the salmon BLT with garlic aioli  (no bun) with a side salad and it was presented beautifully and the salmon and salad were delicious. I had the extremely low carb lemon caper chicken. It is a great dish topped with delicious greens but the chicken is just chicken. Not really marinated or seasoned…just tastes like chicken. The lemon caper sauce is good. I love capers. The sauce has a very, very mild flavor. The staff is always professional, fun and cooperative. The atmosphere and decor are fantastic, We are not allowing ourselves fries anywhere for awhile, but the fries here are mild garlic fries and some of the best in town- they are definitely a must try! The walleye BLT  and the blackened chicken quinoa salad are excellent too. Enjoy!
